KEEN & BrightRoots

Participants must be registered for programs they are attending. No drop-ins allowed. To inquire about availability, email info@keenstlouis.org. The BrightRoots Project aims to help foster socio-emotional skills such as self-esteem and relationship building. The sessions will incorporate different themes and movement based-activity to foster these socio-emotional competencies. They have hosted activities such as an obstacle course, relay race, and yoga. We hope that through this partnership we will be able to aid our athletes in developing social strategies, confidence in their abilities, and meaningful connections with their peers. Fall Season Dates: 9/31, 9/20, 10/18, 11/1, 11/8, 12/6.
