North County CREATIVE COPING: ART & EMOTION REGULATION Summer Group

This fun and supportive group is designed for youth who need extra help with handling big emotions and developing stronger social skills. Through a creative blend of DBT-adapted tools, art therapy, and play-based activities, youth will learn to better understand themselves and others. Each session offers a safe space for self-expression and emotional exploration, helping participants build confidence and resilience through hands-on creativity.
