Youth Yoga and Mindfulness

Our 60-minute class will integrate movement, mindfulness practices, coping tools and skills for life experiences, and interpersonal relationship concepts. We know that youth have been struggling with making and keeping friends, trusting themselves, social anxiety, self-confidence, and more. We created a mindfuless and yoga class with all of you in mind. By exploring who we are and how we show up, we can explore our inner strengths, increase comfort with complex situations, work on emotional and self-regulation, and build a new community. We are excited to use yoga, games, art, music, and mindfulness to explore these concepts.
